Managed a group of four designers and a copywriter in the Dick’s Sporting Goods’ team sports department. Planned, organized and art directed all photo shoots for campaigns, from one-day in-studio shoots to multiple day on-location shoots. Using these assets, created direct mail pieces (catalogs, bi-folds and postcards), and in-store signage for team sports, including soccer, basketball and baseball. Managed relationship with other departments, such as buyers, photo and marketing. Interacted, reported to and collaborated with senior management, from the Creative Directors to the VP of Creative and the CMO.

Art direction, design, concept development and brand management for the in-house Creative Services department in one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world. Design, art direction and brand management for all graphic systems for the league, as well as other international soccer events throughout the country and Mexico. Graphic systems include logo and secondary logos, publications, posters, print ads, television and radio commercials, environmental signage, licensed merchandise and uniforms. Designed overall look of all events and competitions working with marketing and sponsorship departments, player and operations departments and special events department.

A book containing over 200 well designed and interesting beer bottles, cans and other packaging. The book features and highlights a series of brew masters, home brewers, designers, typographers and studios through interviews and articles.

Author and Designer
After photographing and archiving hand-painted street signage for more than 17 years, the images were collected in the form of a book and published by HOW Books, in Cincinnati, Ohio. It includes a CD with 15 original fonts designed by the authors and inspired by the photography in the book.
